I have been a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor in accordance with the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers since 2020.

I provide clinical supervision for LMSWs in Oklahoma who are pursuing independent LCSW licensure. All supervision services are provided in compliance with Oklahoma Board regulations.

Logistics, Requirements & Fees

Format:
Individual supervision and group supervision (when available)

Location:
In-person in Edmond, OK
Virtual throughout Oklahoma

Frequency:
Typically weekly

Fees:

• $100 per hour of individual supervision

• $40 per hour of group supervision

Documentation:
Supervision hours are tracked and verified according to Oklahoma Board requirements.

Contract:
A written supervision agreement is required prior to beginning.

Supervisee Responsibilities

Supervisees are expected to:

• Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance

• Practice within their scope as defined by Oklahoma regulations

• Prepare case material in advance of supervision sessions

• Maintain compliance with all Oklahoma Board requirements
