Who I Am & Licensure Information
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oklahoma.
License Type: LCSW
State: Oklahoma
License Number: 6675
Licensed Since: 2018
I have been a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor in accordance with the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers since 2020.
I provide clinical supervision for LMSWs in Oklahoma who are pursuing independent LCSW licensure. All supervision services are provided in compliance with Oklahoma Board regulations.
Who This Supervision Is For
I provide Oklahoma Board–compliant clinical supervision for LMSWs pursuing independent LCSW licensure.
My supervision is structured and developmentally focused, designed to strengthen clinical reasoning, ethical clarity, documentation standards, and readiness for independent practice, not simply to accumulate required hours.
I work best with supervisees who want thoughtful case consultation, clear accountability, and meaningful professional growth as they transition toward confident independent practice.
When This Is a Strong Fit
This supervision may be a strong fit if you:
-
Are an LMSW actively practicing in Oklahoma
-
Need supervision hours that meet Oklahoma Board standards
-
Work with trauma survivors, couples, families, or in community mental health settings and want support navigating complex systems
-
Want structured feedback on case conceptualization and treatment planning
-
Are preparing for private practice or independent clinical work
-
Value direct, reflective, growth-oriented supervision
-
Appreciate relevant book, research, or podcast recommendations to deepen your clinical thinking
Supervisees who want to deepen their formulation skills, not just fulfill licensure requirements, tend to benefit most from this structure.
When This May Not Be the Right Fit
This supervision may not be the right fit if:
-
You are seeking supervision for licensure outside the state of Oklahoma
-
You are looking for signature-only supervision without case consultation
-
You require ongoing crisis-level or on-call oversight beyond scheduled supervision
-
Your primary clinical focus falls outside my areas of competence
-
You are seeking therapy rather than professional supervision
If you are unsure whether this arrangement meets Oklahoma Board requirements, I encourage you to verify directly with the Board.
If a different supervision structure is more appropriate, I am happy to offer referrals when possible.
How I Approach Clinical Supervision
My supervision style is:
-
Structured and developmentally informed
-
Grounded in ethical clarity and documentation standards
-
Focused on strengthening clinical reasoning rather than technique memorization
-
Direct, collaborative, and reflective
-
Warm, grounded, and appropriately challenging

In supervision, we focus on:
-
Case conceptualization
-
Treatment planning
-
Cultural humility
-
Social justice and advocacy inside and outside the therapy room
-
Risk assessment and safety planning
-
Documentation and regulatory compliance
-
Ethical decision-making
-
Countertransference and use of self
-
Professional identity development
Where relevant, I integrate relational and skills-based frameworks consistent with my clinical practice so supervisees understand how theory translates into applied clinical work.
The goal is not just competence, but clarity and confidence in how you think clinically.
